Desktop publishing has become synonymous with modern typesetting, layout, and design. Using top of the line computers, our highly skilled and experienced graphic artists will create everything from simple business forms to full-color brochures in a minimum of time to help you achieve maximum results.

Laser Addressed Letter

To personalize your mail piece, we can laser address your letter for you. Supply your own letterhead or ask us for a paper stock quote.

Laser letters are generally used in window envelopes. Ask us about customizing your window envelope.

Digitize Signature and/or Logo (artwork)

If you want, you can provide us with your digitized artwork to eliminate the scanning fee.

We can accept your high resolution scan in the following formats (tif, .pcx, .gif, .jpg or .bmp) from your email or a PC floppy disk, zip disk, CD-ROM, or 4MM cartridge tape.

Single and Multiple Mail Drops Available

Whether you want to send your whole mailing at one time (i.e., single mail drop) or separate it into multiple mailings, Mail Concepts can prepare your order just the way you want it. We handle all the postal paperwork for you. If you need to double up or hold back on your drops... all you have to do is give us a call 24 hours prior and consider it done.

Stamping, Metering or Indicia

We will be glad to allow you to use our Standard (bulk rate) or First Class mailing permits on any of your mailings (specifically self-mailers), eliminating this additional cost for you. We can also meter and stamp (the preferred method) your mailing.

When using discounted postage and a live stamp, a "bulk rate" stamp is required on the mail piece. These stamps are "pre-canceled" which means the post office will not mark over the stamp, which is done when using basic postage.

Preparation for Discounted Postage

Discounted postage rates (a.k.a. bulk mail rates) can be obtained for both First Class mail and Standard Class mail. When selecting your postage method, keep in mind that if you want the fastest delivery (est. 1-3 days), choose 1st Class postage. If time is not an issue you may want to go with a more economical choice by choosing Standard Class (est. 4-10 days).We can help you select the best postage rate for your particular mailing to reach your optimum discount savings.

Printing and Bindery Services

We have the capability to handle all your printing and binary service requirements.

More specifically, these services include: black/white and color printing, bleeding, collating, folding, nesting, inserting, die cutting, perforating, numbering, drilling and stapling.

Inkjet Addressing

Here is a sample of the standard font used when inkjetting mail pieces. We have multiple optional "standard" fonts available for use.

Handscript Font

What you have on the outside of your direct mail piece is as important as what is inside. If the envelope is recognized as bulk-mail, your envelope might as well be empty, because it may not be opened anyway. To reduce the "unopened" mail syndrome, we have a unique handscript font. Most who use this font never go back to the standard "type" font most direct mailers use.

Inkjet Teaser Lines (for Envelope Mailings)

We can inkjet any special wording or teaser on the envelope, in a variety of sizes, positions and colors. We have multiple optional "standard" fonts available for your use.

Tabbing

The latest postal regulations are requiring that some mail pieces be tabbed (e.g., self-mailers) depending upon the postal rate being used. Depending upon where the opening is on the self-mailer, two or more tabs may be required.
