Company Background                                                                     Richard Osgood, Founder

Mail Concepts, a direct mail corporation, was founded in 1997 in Jacksonville, Florida.  The "marketing vision concept" that the company is based on was actually developed in 1995 to assist HVAC contractors in their marketing needs.  Our founder, Richard Osgood, having owned and operated a successful heating and air conditioning company for 25 years, was quite familiar with the need of marketing and advertising in the HVAC industry.

Richard, a proven successful entrepreneur over the decades, came up with this "marketing vision concept" for the HVAC contractors when he was simultaneously maintaining dual roles as president of a computer software company and president of his own HVAC company. (Dick has owned and run such a variety of different and successful businesses including duct cleaning, heating and air conditioning, wedding/banquet, direct mail and multiple video stores.)

Sadly, Richard passed away in 2013.  His daughter, Shea Osgood, is now president, and his legacy to help and encourage family owned and operated businesses with their marketing needs, in support of their success, has continued on.  The company name has changed to Marketing for Success, LLC dba Mail Concepts, however the same values he bestowed of honesty, integrity, quality, fairness and respect has not and will not change!  Today, the company continues to provide marketing services to ALL industries with niche in assisting HVAC, electrical and plumbing contractors throughout the country.  Mail Concepts is not an advertising agency and never charges a fee.  Our revenue is generated from the products and services we offer, and because of our substantial volume you'll find our prices among the most competitive to be found anywhere.
